招收条件：
- 即将或已获得国（境）内外知名大学或研究机构的博士学位，年龄35周岁以下，获得博士学位的年限一般不超过3年；世界排名前100或双一流高校博士学位获得者优先；
- 品学兼优，身心健康，热爱科研，具有较强的责任心、主观能动性和团队意识，富有创造力和执行力；
- 具有生物材料、组织工程与再生医学、细胞生物学、高分子化学等学科背景或研究经历；
- 以第一作者发表过高质量研究论文；
- 具备较好的英文沟通、阅读和写作能力。
岗位要求：
- 博士后聘期一般为2年，可根据工作需要延长1-2个聘期。从事博士后研究工作的总期限不得超过6年；
- 入站后，全时来校工作；
- 配合合作导师开展相关项目研究，发表高质量、高影响力学术论文或申请具有转化价值的发明专利。
